A stereo version of my new 5.1 work  Contrapture will be premiered on Sunday, Oct. 18th at 5pm at Smith Hall on the UIUC campus. The concert is organized by Dee Reddy and will feature some of his music as well as the music of Scott Rubin, Kurt Werner, Matt Thomas, and Jinok Cho.  Here [...]

My 5.1 work Pathfinder was selected to be presented at this year’s Electroacoustic Juke Joint Festival, to be held November 12-14 at Delta State University in Cleveland, MS. It is looking like November will be a busy month for travel. More details to come…

I will be playing my new work Cypher, for solo trumpet, at an upcoming concert organized by Kyle Rowan.  The concert will feature the works by UIUC composers: Pin Hsin Lin, Quinn Collins, Steve Lett, Halim Beere, Leon Harrel, Shin-Young Aum, Kyle Rowan, and myself.

My work Absolute Zero has been accepted at the New York City Eletroacoustic Music Festival to be held on April 2th – 4th.

I am organizing a Concert of New Music to be held on the UIUC campus in the Music Building Auditorium, Friday, March 13th.  The program will feature music from a number of my fellow student composers at UIUC, two of my former professors from GSU, a fellow composer from my GSU adventures, and of course [...]

The upcoming New Music Ensemble Concert on Feb. 17th will feature my work Absolute Zero as well as the works of many other fine composers.  The concert will be at the Krannert Center in the Great Hall at 7:30pm.

My work Facture No. 2 for solo percussion is going to be performed at the University of Alaska, Fairbanks New Music Festival on February 6th at 8pm by Percussionist Caleb Herron (by memory).
Also, on the Sunday January 25th from 7 to 9pm (Alaskan Standard Time) there will be a program on local radio station called [...]
